Analýza tepelných procesů při laserovém svařování plastů

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá zkoumáním tepelných procesů při laserovém svařování plastů. V práci je shrnuta teorie laserového svařování plastů a současný stav v modelování této problematiky. Je popsána tvorba simulačního modelu laserového svařování plastů v programu COSMOSM, ze kterého jsou získány rozložení teploty a časové průběhy teploty na povrchu a rozhraní vzorku. Část práce je věnována popisu výpočtů intenzity tepelného vyzařování ze vzorku v programu Matlab. Byl vytvořen výchozí model rozložení teploty ve vzorku pro dvě tloušťky horního polopropustného plastu ve svařované konfiguraci. Dále je prozkoumán vliv materiálových a procesních parametrů na časový průběh teploty na povrchu a rozhraní vzorku. V druhé části diplomové práce je porovnávána intenzita vyzařování v závislosti na čase z rozhraní a povrchu s měřením pomocí kamery FLIR SC7650 a kamery C14041-10U s citlivostí v krátkovlnné infračervené oblasti. Při měření kamerou FLIR SC7650 byly používány různé optické filtry, které jsou uvažovány i ve výpočtech v Matlabu. Při porovnávání intenzity vyzařování byly použity dva druhy propustnosti horního plastu, difuzní a přímá.

Abstract:

This thesis studies thermal processes during laser welding of plastics. It summarizes theories about the problematics and current status of its modelling. Further, creation of the simulation model of laser welding of plastics through the COSMOSM software is described. From the model, temperature distribution dependencies and temperature time dependence on the sample´s surface and interface are obtained. Part of the thesis is dedicated to the description of the thermal radiation intensity calculations from a sample in Matlab software. The underlying model of the temperature distribution in sample for two thicknesses of upper semitransparent polymer in welded configuration was created. Further, the effect of material and process parameters to the temperature time dependence on the surface and the interface of the sample is explored. The second part of the thesis compares the radiation intensity in dependence on the time from the interface and the surface with FLIR SC7650 and C14041-10U camera measurement with sensitivity in short wavelength infrared. During the measurements with the FLIR SC7650 camera were used various optical filters which are also used in the Matlab calculations. Two types of semitransparent polymer transmissivity are used during the comparison of radiation intensity, hemispherical and normal.
