Incentive tourism as a tool of motivation

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je incentivní cestovní ruch jako nástroj motivace. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat vybrané typy akcí spojené s incentivním cestovním ruchem, vliv a motivaci účastníků a návrh na větší motivaci ve vybrané firmě. V bakalářské práci je proveden průzkum prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření ve vybrané firmě. Dotazník byl směřován na zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele, kde se porovnávaly obě strany, co se týče incentivních zájezdů ve firmě. Na konci bakalářské práce je shrnutí, vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření a návrh na větší motivaci.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is incentive tourism as a tool of motivation. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze selected types of events associated with incentive tourism, the impact and motivation of participants and a proposal for greater motivation in the selected company. In the bachelor's thesis, a survey is conducted through a questionnaire survey in a selected company. The questionnaire was aimed at employees and employers, where both parties were compared in terms of incentive trips in the company. At the end of the bachelor's thesis is a summary, evaluation of the questionnaire survey and a proposal for greater motivation.
