Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hodnocení antimikrobiální aktivity Tea tree oleje či oleje z čajovníku. Práce obsahuje část teoretickou a experimentální. V teoretické části je popsána historie tohoto esenciálního oleje, chemické složení a především dosavadní znalosti o jeho antimikrobiální aktivitě. This Bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of antimicrobial activity of Tea tree oil or tea plant oil. This thesis contains both the theoretical part and the experimental part. The theoretical part describes the history of this essential oil, chemical composition, and above all knowledge of its antimicrobial activity.
