Nutritional options of pregnant women with hypotrophic fetus

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou výživy těhotné ve vztahu k hypotrofii plodu. Teoretická část se věnuje „Výživě a nutričnímu stavu těhotné“, „Programování v raném období“, a tedy zdravotním důsledkům růstové restrikce a vlivu užívání návykových látek na porodní hmotnost novorozence. Praktická část obsahuje tři kazuistiky žen s diagnostikovanou hypotrofií plodu. Příloha obsahuje edukační materiál pro stravování v prekoncepčním období a období těhotenství.

Abstract:

This thesis discuss the infuence of maternal nutrition on fetal growth and birth body weight. The theoretical part discusses „Nutrition and nutritional status of a pregnant“, „Early life programming“, thus influence of intrauterine growth restriction on future health conditions and influence of substance abuse on fetal growth a birth body weight. The practical part shows three case reports of pregnant women with hypotrophy of the fetus. Educational material with dietary recommendations can be found in appendix.
