Abstract:

Diplomová práce je prací teoreticko-průzkumnou a řeší fenomén zkušeností pacientů se zdravotníky. Zabývá se detailním vysvětlením podstaty pojmu péče v různých směrech a rovinách a také pojmu utrpení, které se k péči vztahuje. V neposlední řadě se zaměřuje na představení již vytvořeného konceptu pečujícího a nepečujícího přístupu v ošetřovatelství a zdravotní péči, jehož autorkou je S. Halldórsdóttir. Pomocí metody kvalitativních rozhovorů, taktiky doslovné transkripce a otevřeného kódování jsou zkoumány zkušenosti pacientů s péčí zdravotníků, v celé jejich šíři a hloubce. Přínosem této práce je nahlédnutí do zkušeností pacientů s péčí zdravotníků a následné uvědomění si faktů, které jsou nedílnou součástí profesionální a neprofesionální péče a tím předcházet možnému utrpení, které se k péči vztahuje.

Abstract:

The master's thesis is in part theoretical and exploratory and deals with the phenomenon of patient experience with healthcare professionals. It concentrates on the detailed explanation of the essence of the concept of care at various levels, and also the perception of patient suffering which is related to care. Last but not least, it focuses on the introduction of an already created concept of a caring and uncaring approach in nursing and healthcare, whose autor is S. Halldórsdóttir. With the help of qualitative interviews, the tactic of direct transcription and open coding the patient experience with nursing care is explored in-depth. The benefit of the thesis is the possibility to closely examine patient experience with the care provided. Furthermore, the work facilitates the facts which are an integral part of professional and unprofessional care and in this way may prevents possible suffering related to the care of patients.
