Práce popisuje současné způsoby doručování mezi občanem a státem a je rozdělena na teoretickou část, praktickou část a návrhovou část. Teoretická část vymezuje prostředky pro doručování, které má občan vůči státu. V teoretické části jsou definovány komunikační oblasti spojené s doručováním. Annotation The thesis describes the current methods of delivery between the citizen and the state and is divided into a theoretical part, a practical part and a design part. The theoretical part defines the means for delivery that the citizen has towards the state. The theoretical part defines the communication areas associated with delivery.
