Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá identifikací a porovnáním názorové hladiny naší společ- nosti na dětské a mladistvé vrahy. V teoretické části práce je představena základní termino- logie, jurisdikce a jsou rozebrány problematiky odpovědnosti dětí a mladistvých a jejich postihy, právní odpovědnost rodičů a otázka snížení věkové hranice trestní odpovědnosti. Teoretickou část tvoří kvantitativní výzkum. Nástrojem výzkumu je dotazníkové šet- ření, které identifikuje názorovou hladinu obyvatelstva.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with an identification and comparison of the opinion level of our society of children and youths as killers. In the theoretical part of this thesis is basic terminology, jurisdiction and there is describe the problematics of the childrens and youths criminal responsibilities and their punishments, the law liability of thier parents and the pro- blematics of lowering the minimal age limit of criminal responsibilities. The practical part is made by quantitative research. The reasearch tools is a questi- onnaire survey which identifies the opinion level of our society.
