Comtemporary and future society in works of selected writers
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá teorií o konci dějin Francise Fukuyamy a teorií o střetu civilizací Samuela Huntingtona. Tyto dvě vize vývoje světového řádu po konci studené války představuje a porovnává. Uvedené koncepty jsou pak uvedeny do kontextu dění na začátku 21. století. Práce také uvádí nejčastější kritiku těchto dvou myslitelů a v závěrečné části autor hodnotí aktuálnost a platnost obou teorií.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the theory of the end of history of Francis Fukuyama and the theory of the clash of civilizations of Samuel Huntington. It describes and compares these two visions of the world orded after the end of the Cold War. The concepts are then contextualized within the events in the beginning of the 21st century.
