Flood Protection Measures in Prusinovice Village

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na protipovodňová opatření pro obec Prusinovice na Kroměřížsku. Je soustředěna na konkrétní problematický úsek toku v Prusinovicích v délce 1,8 km. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy - povodně, povodňová opatření, povodňové orgány a další, spojené s protipovodňovými opatřeními. Praktická část rozebírá, analyzuje a vyhodnocuje zjištěný stav protipovodňových opatření v obci Prusinovice. Za použití metod WHAT - IF a PNH je analyzován reálný stav, ze kterého vyplynuly největší hrozby na potoku Kozrálka v obci Prusinovice. Výstupem této práce jsou návrhy nákupu materiálu a služeb, včetně každoročního čištění potoku Kozrálka po celé délce toku na území obce. Využití práce může být přínosná jak pro obyvatele a místní samosprávu obce, tak i pro obce, které mají na svém území protékající vodu.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on flood protection measures for the municipality Prusinovice in the Kromeriz region. It is focused on a specific problematic section of the stream in Pru-sinovice, 1.8 km long. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts - floods, flood mea-sures, post-flood authorities and others related to flood protection measures. The practical part explains, analyses and evaluates the observed state of flood protection measures in the municipality of Prusinovice. Using the WHAT-IF analysis and the PNH method, the real situation is analysed, which revealed the greatest threats on the Kozrálka river in the muni-cipality of Prusinovice. The output of this work is proposals for the purchase of materials and services, including the annual cleaning of the Kozrálka stream along the entire length of the stream in the municipality. The use of the work can be beneficial to the residents and local government of the municipality, as well as to the municipalities that have water flowing through their territory.
