Bakalářská práce pojednává o symbiotických vztazích bakterií s vybranými organismy, především pak s prvoky. V důsledku symbiózy dochází v bakteriální buňce k řadě změn ve fyziologii, fenotypu a genové expresi po průniku do buňky hostitelské. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the symbiotic relationship of bacteria with selected organisms, especially with protozoa. In consequence of symbiosis there are many changes in physiology, phenotype and gene expression in the bacterial cell after penetration into the host cell.
