Tato diplomová práce se zabývá náhradou škody a přiměřeným zadostiučiněním jako právními prostředky ochrany proti nekalé soutěži. Po stručné charakteristice obou rozebíraných prostředků ochrany následuje jejich srovnání s historickou právní úpravou. This thesis is focused on the damages and appropriate compensation as the legal means of the protection against unfair competition. There is a brief description of both of them followed by a comparison with their historical legal regulation.
