This thesis focuses on evaluating the competitiveness of a company and comparing it with its competitors in the market. This will involve identifying the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and assessing the strategies they use to gain a competitive advantage. The main objective of this thesis is to identify the key factors that contribute to the company's competitiveness in its industry. Through secondary data collection, this thesis will analyze the market conditions and trends affecting the company's industry and its competitors. Based on the findings, recommendations will be made to the company to strengthen its competitive position and mitigate potential threats and challenges in the market.
