Effectiveness of mandatory spending, depending on the size of the communities

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu mandatorních výdajů ve vybraných obcích v letech 2007 ? 2009. Práce je členěna na dvě hlavní části. První teoretická část je zaměřena na definování mandatorních výdajů, charakteristiku skupin a sledovaných paragrafů, metodiku výběru obcí a způsob získávání informací. Druhá praktická část je zaměřena na vlastní analýzu a komparaci vybraných mandatorních výdajů dle paragrafů odvětvového členění rozpočtové skladby a zhodnocení těchto výdajů, včetně provedení statistického šetření. Práce je zakončena souhrnem výsledků.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis aids to analyze the mandatory expenses of the selected municipalities within years 2007 ? 2009. The work is divided into two main parts. The first theoretical part explains the term mandatory expenses, the characteristics of the selected groups and defined paragraphs, methodology of selected municipalities and the way have to get information. The second practical part is based on my own analysis and comparison of the selected mandatory expenses according to the paragraph regarding the sector classification of budget and the evaluation of these expenses, including a statistical survey. In conclusion, the findings about topic are summarized in outcomes.
