Abstract:
Treponema pallidum je gramnegativní bakterie z čeledi Spirochaetaceae, která je obligátním patogenem člověka. Tento druh zahrnuje tři poddruhy (subsp. pallidum, pertenue a endemicum) způsobující různá onemocnění s podobnými symptomy a epidemiologií. Treponema pallidum is a Gram-negative bacterium of the family Spirochaetaceae which is an obligate human pathogen. This species includes 3 subspecies (subsp. pallidum, pertenue and endemicum) that cause different diseases with similar symptoms and epidemiology.
