Tato práce se zabývá problematikou technických aspektů provozu chatbotů. Jejím cílem jetvorba vlastního prototypu chatbota za použití výhradně open source softwarovýchnástrojů. This thesis is focused on technical aspects of running chatbots. Its aim is to create a customchatbot prototype using solely open source software tools.
