Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je finanční poradenství v České republice. Cílem práce je porovnat nabídky produktů, které finanční poradce může nabídnout klientovi. Toto porovnání je realizováno na případu klienta, který požaduje zabezpečit své bydlení. Dílčím cílem je tedy porovnat jednak úvěry ze stavebního spoření, dále hypotéky a životní pojištění v reálném čase. Dílčím cílem je rovněž dokázat, že využití finančního poradce je pro klienta užitečné. Dalším navazujícím cílem je shrnout názory odborné veřejnosti na danou problematiku. Dílčím cílem je též charakterizovat finanční poradenství v Čechách od roku 1990. Za účelem naplnění uvedených cílů je práce dělena na dvě stěžejní části a to na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je představeno vymezení, cíle a úloha finančního poradenství, jeho vývoj na českém území po roce 1989 stejně jako portfolio produktů, které finanční poradci nabízejí. Dále představuje indikátory, se kterými finanční poradci pracují při realizaci vhodného návrhu pro klienta, dále je představena metoda analýzy a strategie navrhované pro klienta. V navazující praktické části je pak realizována vlastní případová studie, ve které se práce zaměřuje na mladého klienta, který si chce pořídit vlastní bydlení. V této případové studie jsou jednotlivé varianty představeny, porovnány a doporučeno nejlepší řešení pro klienta. Závěr případové studie této práce je zaměřen na vyhodnocení nejvýhodnějšího úvěru a životní pojistky pro klienta. Z metodologického hlediska je využita metoda analýzy, dále metoda případové studie a dílčím způsobem i syntéza a dedukce stejně jako komparace jednotlivých produktů.

Abstract:

The theme of the thesis is financial consultancy in the Czech Republic. The aim is to compare the offers of products that financial advisors can offer clients. This comparison is done on the case of a client that requires secure your home. A partial goal is to compare both construction loans, as mortgage and life insurance in real time. The partial aim is also to prove that the use of a financial advisor is useful for the client. Another follow-up aims to summarize the opinions of the professional public on the issue. Partial aim is also to characterize financial advice in the Czech Republic since 1990. In order to meet these objectives work is divided into two main parts and the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part introduces the definition, objectives and role of financial advice, its development in the Czech Republic after 1989 as well as the portfolio of products offered by financial advisors. Also presents indicators with which financial advisors operate in the implementation of an appropriate design for the client, as well as the analysis method presented a proposed strategy for the client. In the following practical part is realized own case study in which the work focuses on a young client who wants to buy a home. In this case study, the individual variants introduced, compared and recommend the best solution for the client. Conclusion The case study of this work is focused on the evaluation of most credit and life insurance for the client. From the methodological point of view, the method of analysis used, methods of case studies, and partially also the synthesis and deductions as well as the comparison of individual products.
