Abstract:
Tyto teze obsahují plán výzkumu věnovaného zvýšení efektivity simulací lidského mozku jakožto dynamického systému. Práce se soustředí na modely na úrovni neurálních populací, které umožňují realizovat simulace celého objemu mozku. This thesis proposal contains plan of research on increasing the computational efficiency of the simulations of human brain as a dynamical system. We concentrate on neural population models, which make whole-brain simulation computationally feasible.
