Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmu firemní kultury, přístupy k firemní kultuře, zejména pak na její tvorbu, vliv na zaměstnance a možnosti změny. Dále jsou v práci popsány metodické postupy směřující k analýze konkrétní firemní kultury a vyhodnocení zjištěných dat. Pomocí této metodiky jsou vyvozeny závěry a návrh změn dané firemní kultury.

The bachelor thesis focuses on defining the concept of corporate culture, approaches to corporate culture, especially its creation, influence on employees and possibilities of changes. Furthermore, the bachelor thesis describes methodological procedures aimed at analyzing a particular corporate culture and evaluating the data.
