Booking Contract in the Case Law and Practice
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce analyzuje různé koncepce rezervační smlouvy, které jsou používané či použitelné v praxi, především na realitním trhu s nemovitostmi. Práce vychází z aktuální právní úpravy závazkových právních vztahů v České republice a aplikovatelné rozhodovací praxe českých soudů.
Abstract:
This Thesis analyzes different conceptions of Booking Contract, which are being used or are usable in practise, especially in the Real Estate Market. The Thesis is based on current legal regulation of the Legal Obligations in the Czech Republic and applicable Decisions of Czech Courts.
