Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce vysvětluje podstatu a způsob fungování franchisingu. Část práce popisuje historii franchisingu, dále se věnuje franchisingu z ekonomického pohledu. Další část práce porovnává franchisové smlouvy s jinými smluvními vztahy, věnuje se franchisingu z právního pohledu a způsobu založení franchisingového podniku. Závěr práce popisuje franchising u společnosti OMV.

This bachelor thesis explains the subject and the method of franchising functioning. A part of this thesis describes the history of franchising, it also looks at franchising from the economical perspective. Another part of the thesis compares franchise contracts with some other legal relations, it deals with franchising from the legal perspective and the method of establishing franchising business …more
