Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice otců na rodičovské dovolené. Teoretická část zahrnuje vývoj otcovské role v historii, legislativu rodičovské dovolené, rozdělení prací podle genderu a jejich časová dotace. Dále v práci uvádím příklady zemí ze zahraničí, jak funguje jejich systém rodičovské dovolené. Jako poslední uvádím situaci v Čechách. Praktická část má charakter kvalitativního výzkumu …more
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of fathers on parental leave. The theoretical part includes the development of fatherhood roles in history, legislation on parental leave, division of work by sex and their time allocation.
