Abstract:
V bakalářské práci je rozebírán outsourcing v logistickém řetězci. Teoretická část textu se věnuje shromáždění informací a rozpracování problematiky v teorii. V části druhé, praktické, je představená společnost SEZAKO s.r.o., na níž jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány. Problematická místa firmy jsou identifikována pomocí analýzy jejích činností. The thesis is discussing outsourcing in the logistics chain. The theoretical part of the text is devoted to gathering information and developing issues in the theory. In the second, practical part, the company SEZAKO Ltd. is introduced and theoretical knowledge is applied on its business.
