Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje vznik a hledá společné a rozdílné rysy strategického a územního plánování v českém prostředí. Na základě analýzy územně plánovacích dokumentů a strategických dokumentů měst Žďár nad Sázavou, Brno a Kuřim hodnotí schopnosti obou typů plánovacích nástrojů postihnout aktuální socioekonomické trendy.

This thesis desribes formation of the strategic and spatial planning in the czech background. It also seeks for similar and different attributes in both types of the planning.
