The selected difficulties of employment of handicapped people in the European Union

Abstract:

Magisterská diplomová práce se věnuje přehledu nejdůležitější legislativy v oblasti prosazování práv a zaměstnávání zdravotně postižených občanů v rámci Evropské unie i České republiky, problematice integrace této skupiny občanů do zaměstnání a jejich postavení na trhu práce v Evropské unii i v České republice. Dále jsou na základě dotazníku zhodnoceny postoje zaměstnavatelů ve vybraných subjektech k tématu zaměstnávání zdravotně postižených občanů a zformulovány návrhy doporučení k efektivnějšímu zaměstnávání této minority v České republice

Abstract:

The graduation theses describes the fundamental and the most important legislation concerning the promotion of the rights and employment policy of handicapped people within the EU and the Czech Republic, the problems of integration of this group of people into the employment and their position on the labour-market in the EU and the Czech Republic. Furthermore, on the basis of the questionnaire, the attitudes of employers concerning the theme of the employment for handicapped people in selected organisations are evaluated. At the end of the graduation theses, the proposals of recommendations to more effective employment of this minority in the Czech Republic are formulated
