Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je vytvorenie stratégie podniku v oblasti e-businessu. Na začiatku práce je predstavený pojem strategická analýza a sú taktiež zadefinované a vysvetlené jej nástroje. Tieto nástroje sú potom aplikované na konkrétny podnik a z výstupov tejto analýzy je vytvorená stratégia v oblasti e-businessu.
