Abstract:
Tématem mojí diplomové práce je "Bezhotovostní platební styk". Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je pak poskytnout ucelený přehled o bezhotovostním platebním styku, zároveň analyzovat novou právní úpravu této oblasti tedy zákon č. 370/2017 Sb., o platebním styku a porovnat ji s úpravou předcházející, tj. zákonem č. 284/2009 Sb., o platebním styku, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. The subject of my diploma thesis is "Cashless Payments". The main goal of the submitted thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of this topic and also to analyze the new legal regulation in this area which is Act No. 370/2017 Coll. on payments and compare it with the previous regulation Act No. 284/2009 Coll. on payments.
