This diploma thesis concerns with cooperation of the corporate town Hradec Králové with other legal entities in case of an extraordinary event or crisis situation. It is focused on the town´s preparedness for these situations and on quality of cooperation with an integrated rescue system, non-governmental non-profit organisations and legal entities.
