Abstract:
Autor práce se snažil zachytit co nejvíce problémů, které vznikají při placení z předmětných forem cenných papírů, případně které vznikají v souvislosti s postupem majitele při splatnosti. Práce zahrnuje také analýzu úkonů a náležitostí, které se vztahují k placení směnek a šeků. Text práce provází snaha upozornit také na případné nedostatky směnečné úpravy.
Abstract:
The author of this thesis made an effort to cover all the problems that may emerge during the paying from the objective forms of equities, or the problems emerging during the owner’s proceeding in relation to the day of maturity.
