Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá souvislostmi mezi kvalitou citové vazby, rodinným prostředím a rozvojem symptomů posttraumatické stresové poruchy u sourozenců dětí s onkologickým onemocněním. V teoretické části je nejprve vymezena problematika pediatrického onkologického onemocnění se zaměřením na zdravé sourozence dětských pacientů. Následně je popisováno onkologické onemocnění jako traumatický zážitek s uvedením relevantních výzkumných studií a popisem symptomů posttraumatické stresové poruchy. Dále je představena teorie citové vazby v kontextu zvládání zátěžových situací a výzkumné studie ověřující souvislosti mezi kvalitou citové vazby a symptomy posttraumatické stresové poruchy. Ve výzkumu byl použit dotazník zjišťující kvalitu citové vazby k matce (ECR-RC), polostukturovaný rozhovor zaměřený na kvalitu citové vazby (BISK) a symptomy posttraumatické stresové poruchy. Dále byly použity kresebné projektivní metody (Kresba rodiny a Kresba začarované rodiny). V empirické části byly zjištěny významné vztahy mezi úzkostností ve vztahu k matce a vnímanou podporou se symptomy posttraumatické stresové poruchy. V případě vyhýbavosti ve vztahu k matce a orientací na vztahy tento vztah potvrzen nebyl. Také bylo zjištěno, že kvalitní rodinné prostředí a otevřená komunikace, která byla zachycena v Kresbě rodiny, významně souvisí se symptomy posttraumatické stresové poruchy. Významné vztahy s posttraumatickými symptomy se potvrdily i v případě některých nově explorovaných škál zachycených v Kresbě rodiny. Výsledky studie jsou porovnávány s teoretickými koncepty a dřívějšími empirickými zjištěními. Na závěr jsou předloženy návrhy na další výzkumná témata.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the relationship between attachment, family environment and the development of symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder in siblings of children with cancer. In the theoretical part is identified the pediatric cancer with a focus on healthy siblings of patients. Subsequently oncological disease is described as a traumatic experience with an indication of relevant research studies and describing the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder. It is also introduced the theory of attachment in the context of coping with stressful situations and research studies about the relationship between attachment and posttraumatic stress disorder. The research used a questionnaire, which identify attachment to mother (ECR-RC), semi-structured interview focused on the attachment (BISK) and post-traumatic stress disorder. Furthermore, the projective drawing methods were used (Drawing family and Drawing enchanted family). In the empirical part were found significant relationships between anxiety and perceived support from mother and symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder. In the case of avoidance and focus on the relationship this relationship was not confirmed. It was also found that a good family environment and open communication that was captured in the Drawings family, is significantly associated with post-traumatic stress disorder. Significant relationship with post-traumatic symptoms were confirmed in the case of some newly explore scales captured in Drawing family. The study results are compared with theoretical concepts and previous empirical findings. At the conclusion new topics for another research are suggested.
