Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá prevencí specifických poruch učení a narušené komunikační schopnosti u dětí předškolního věku v Libereckém kraji. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda se mateřské školy v Libereckém kraji cíleně zaměřují na předcházení vzniku specifických poruch učení a narušené komunikační schopnosti u dětí před nástupem do školy. V teoretické části se autorka věnuje specifikám předškolního věku, jak se dítě v tomto věku vyvíjí a co zvládne v oblastech kognitivních, percepčních a motorických. Vymezuje narušenou komunikační schopnost, její příčiny a druhy. Dále se věnuje specifickým poruchám učení, jejich vymezení, příčinám a uvádí jejich druhy. Zabývá se prevencí specifických poruch učení. Popisuje programy, které slouží k jejich prevenci, a dále se zaměřuje na rozvoj jednotlivých funkcí v oblasti kognitivní, percepční a motorické. V praktické části je jako metoda průzkumu zvolena kvantitativní strategie sběru dat založená na jednoduchém třídění. Technikou sběru dat od respondentů je dotazník. Respondenty průzkumu je 47 ředitelek nebo vedoucích učitelek mateřských škol v Libereckém kraji. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření autorka zpracovala do tabulek a grafů. Hlavním přínosem bakalářské práce je zjištění, že většina mateřských škol opravdu provádí screening specifických poruch učení, což autorka považuje za velmi důležité, protože objevená oslabení v dílčích funkcích mohou být v mateřské škole napravena a počáteční čtení a psaní proběhne na základní škole bez větších problémů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis dealt with the prevention of learning disabilities and impaired communication ability by preschool children in the Liberec region. The aim of this thesis was to determine whether kindergartens in the Liberec region focus on the prevention of learning disabilities and impaired communication ability by children before they start to attend school. In the theoretical part, the author focused on the specifics of pre-school age, on a child´s progress at this age and what he or she manages in cognitive, perceptual and motor areas. The author defined impaired communication ability, its causes and types. She devoted further to the specific learning disabilities, their definitions, their causes and listed their types and dealt with the prevention of learning disabilities. She described the programmes that are used to prevent these and further focused on the development of individual functions in the cognitive, perceptual and motor area. The method of quantitative survey data collection strategy was chosen for the practical part, based on a simple classification. Data collection technique from respondents was a questionnaire. 47 directors and head teachers of kindergarten were questioned in the Liberec region. The author processed the results of the survey into tables and graphs. The thesis´ main contribution is the finding that most kindergartens really perform learning disabilities screening. The author considers this very important because the discovered weakness in the sub-functions can be reduced in the kindergarten and early reading and writing skills will be learnt without any problems at the primary school.
