Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zapojení hasičů a policistů do systému poskytování pomoci osobám s náhlou zástavou oběhu v terénu. Přežití pacientů je závislé především na rychlé adekvátní pomoci. Do záchranného řetězce jsou zapojené složky Integrovaného záchranného systému (IZS); hasiči i policisté vyjíždějí k osobám, které jsou v bezvědomí a nedýchají. Na místě do doby příjezdu Zdravotnické záchranné služby provádějí resuscitaci s pomocí Automatizovaného externího defibrilátoru. Cílem práce je popis a objektivizace systému záchrany osob postižených náhlou zástavou oběhu s využitím příslušníků integrovaného záchranného systému. Práce popisuje organizační zapojení složek IZS, problematiku resuscitace a defibrilace pomoci Automatizovaného externího defibrilátoru. Velká část práce je věnována systému "Rozmístění AED v Jihomoravském kraji". V praktické části je zhodnocen dopad systému na zlepšení přežití osob po resuscitaci v terénu.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis concerns the issue of integrating fire-fighters and police officers into the system of rendering assistance to people with sudden cardiac arrest in the field. Patients' survival rate depends largely on immediate and adequate assistance. The rescue system employs Integrated rescue services (IZS); fire-fighters and police officers are dispatched to people who are unconscious and not breathing. They administer CPR with support of automated external defibrillator until the arrival of Emergency medical services. The aim of this thesis is to describe and objectify the rescue system for people with sudden cardiac arrest with the help of members of the Integrated rescue services. It describes organizational employment of IZS, the issue of resuscitation and defibrillation using an automated external defibrillator. A large portion of the thesis concerns the system of "AED placement in the South Moravian Region". The practical part of this work evaluates the effect of the system on chances of survival for patients after resuscitation in the field.
