A 3D Model of Planned Reconstruction in Zlin - Rybníky

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je vytvoření 3D modelu a výstupů vizualizací nového řešení dopravy, veřejného prostranství a zástavby v oblasti Zlín Rybníky. Oblast je vymezena přibližně řekou Dřevnicí z jihu, místní částí Prštné ze západu, svahem k Mladcové ze severu a městskou teplárnou/Lidlem ze západu. V lokalitě je vymezen prostor pro novou sběrnou komunikaci (tzv. Pravobřežní) a navržen nový systém veřejných prostranství, včetně pobytového nábřeží. Předmětem práce bude také doplnění již zpracovaných podkladů o další prvky (zeleň, zástavba, parkové prvky, aj.), a to na základě konzultace s oddělením prostorového plánování zlínského magistrátu. Toto téma probíhá ve spolupráci s Magistrátem města Zlína, které dodá všechny potřebné podklady pro vytvoření příslušných 3D modelů. Na základě těchto podkladů student vytvoří komplexní 3D scény v programu Blender s odpovídajícím nastavením, aby se daly vytvořit kvalitní výstupy ve formě vyrenderovaných obrazů a animací.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to create a 3D model and visualizations of a new solution of transport, public space and area in the area of Zlín Ponds, defined by the river Dřevnice from the south, the local part of Prštné from the west, the slope to Mladec from the north and the city heating plant and Lidl from the west. In the area there is defined a space for a new communal road (so called Right side of the river) and a new system of public areas, including a residential area, has been designed. The subject of the thesis will also be the addition to already elaborated documentation on other elements (garden, area, park elements, etc.) based on consultation with the spatial planning department of the Zlín municipality. This theme is being carried out in cooperation with the City of Zlín, which will provide all necessary documentation for the creation of the relevant 3D models. Based on these materials, the student creates complex 3D scenes in Blender with appropriate settings to create high-quality outputs in the form of rendered images and animations.
