The feeling of home in the life of Ukrainian refugees

Abstract:

This article explores the feeling of home in the lives of Ukrainian refugees, following the conflict in Ukraine that forced them to flee their homes. Through ethnographic research, the author examine the cultural practices, social relationships, and physical spaces that contribute to the feeling of home for these individuals, and how it is shaped by the experience of displacement and resettlement. The article contributes to a deeper understanding of the experiences and challenges faced by refugees and migrants around the world, and highlights the importance of the feeling of home for emotional and social well-being.

Abstract:

Tento článek se zabývá pocitem domova v životě ukrajinských uprchlíků po konfliktu na Ukrajině, který je donutil opustit své domovy. Prostřednictvím etnografického výzkumu autor zkoumá kulturní praktiky, sociální vztahy a fyzické prostory, které přispívají k pocitu domova těchto osob, a to, jak je utvářen zkušeností s vysídlením a přesídlením. Článek přispívá k hlubšímu pochopení zkušeností a výzev, kterým čelí uprchlíci a migranti po celém světě, a zdůrazňuje význam pocitu domova pro emocionální a sociální pohodu.
