Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na zpracování návrhů vedoucích ke zkvalitnění poskytovaných služeb městské hromadné dopravy v Olomouci. Pro získání výchozích dat byla provedena SWOT analýza městské hromadné dopravy v Olomouci a následně užita dotazníková metoda mezi uživateli MHD Olomouc. Abstract:
This thesis focuses on processing proposals considering the improvement of the public transport services in Olomouc. A SWOT analysis of the transport services was adopted to gather the initial data.
