Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou role manažera v týmu. Charakterizuje skupiny z hlediska sociální psychologie, budování týmu a osobu manažera. Teoretické poznatky jsou využity v praktické části - role manažera v týmu Coca-Cola. Cílem práce je vytvoření obecného přehledu dovedností, povinností a rolí manažera týmu.
Abstract:
This bachelor´s work considers with question of team manager status. Describes groups from angle of social psychology, team building a personality of manager. Teoretical knowledges are being used in practical part – status of manager in team Coca- Cola. Point of the work is creating general review of acquirements, statutories and status of team manager.
