Military police and its competency in inquiry, screening and investigation of criminal activity
Abstract:
Analýza oprávnění Vojenské policie při šetření, prověřování a vyšetřování trestné činnosti. Ve své práci využívám často trestní zákoník, ovšem můj hlavní zdroj informací je zákon 300/2013 Sb. Zákon o Vojenské policii a o změně některých zákonů (zákon o Vojenské policii).
Abstract:
Analysis of the authorization of the Military Police in the investigation, verification and investigation of criminal activity. In my work I often use the Criminal Code, but my main source of information is Act 300/2013 Coll. Act on the Military Police and on the Amendment of Certain Acts (Act on the Military Police).
