Abstract:
Aplikace metod štíhlé výroby je v současné době, kdy konkurenční prostředí v oblasti výrobního průmyslu sílí, jednou z důležitých činností všech firem, které chtějí v této složité době uspět. Používání nástrojů štíhlé výroby umožňuje firmám snižovat a v některých případech i zcela eliminovat různé typy plýtvání. To následně vede ke snižování nákladů, zrychlování výroby, zvyšování kvality.

Application of lean manufacturing is at current time, when the competitive environment in the manufacturing industry is growing, one of the important activities of all companies wish to succeed at this difficult time.
