Cílem bakalářské práce bylo charakterizovat netradiční druhy zeleniny, jako je např. kiwa-no, batáty, okra, rebarbora aj. Je zde popsán jejich původ, nároky na pěstování a jejich stručná charakteristika. Práce se zabývá jednotlivými druhy z hlediska jejich chemického složení a významných výživových látek. Abstract:
The aim of this work was to characterize non-traditional species of vegetables, e.g. kiwano, sweet potatoes, okra, rhubarb etc. It describes their origin, demands of growing and their brief description. Subsequently, this work deals with particular species in terms of their chemical composition and significant nutrients. Finally, individual chapter describes their gastronomy and culinary use.
