Effect of the Förster resonance energy transfer on fluorescence intensity cell markers studied by flow cytometry
Abstract:
Förster resonance energy transfer is used to determine a relation between molecules at the nanometer scale. Its main purpose is to study protein and intermolecular interactions in fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry and spectrofluorometry. Försterův rezonanční přenos energie se ve velké míře využívá na měření vztahů mezi blízkými molekulami (nanometrové vzdálenosti). Slouží ke studiu proteinů a mezimolekulových interakcí ve fluorescenční mikroskopii, průtokové cytometrii a spektrofluorometrii.
