Příplatky lze v obecné rovině vymezit jako jednu z možností korporátního práva pro financování chodu společnosti jejími společníky. The additional contributions can be defined as one of the alternatives in corporate law for funding the corporation by its shareholders. In spite of the frequent practical usage of the additional contributions, current legislation is austere and faces a low number of relevant case law.
