Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá nekalou súťažou a parazitovaním na povesti ako prvkom účelového a zámerného charakteru. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na základnú právnu úpravu nekalej súťaže v Slovenskom právnom poriadku, jej pôvod a tak aj na účel tejto právnej úpravy nekalej súťaže.
