Set of exercises and games in tennis lessons

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na vytvoření souboru cvičení a her, které napomáhají ke zdokonalení tenisových úderů a přispívají ke zvýšení motivace dětí. Práce vychází z poznatků trenérů a jimi využívaných cvičení a her v průběhu jejich tenisové praxe. Práci tvoří část teoretická, zabývající se charakteristikou tenisu, stručnými pravidly, tenisovým vybavením, technikou základních úderů, dětmi a jejich vztahem k tenisu, didaktickými formami používanými v hodinách tenisu a realizací hodin tenisu na školách. Praktická část se skládá ze souboru cvičení a her využitelných v hodinách tenisu a několika vzorových příprav. Cvičení a hry jsou rozděleny podle věku dětí do tří skupin: cvičení a hry pro děti předškolního věku, cvičení a hry pro děti v 1. a 2. třídě a cvičení a hry pro děti od 3. do 5. třídy. Soubor cvičení a her je využitelný v praxi na prvním stupni základních škol s nabídkou výuky tenisu a pro trenéry mladšího žactva.

Abstract:

The graduation thesis is focused on creation a set of exercises and games, which help to improve tennis strokes and contribute to increasing the motivation of children. The thesis is based on the knowledge of the trainers, their exercises and the games, which they using during their tennis practice. The thesis contains a practical part, which deals with the characteristics of tennis, brief rules, tennis equipment, basic stroke techniques, children and their relationship to tennis, the didactic forms used in tennis lessons and the realization of tennis lessons at schools. The practical part consists of a set of exercises, games and several model preparations, which are usable in tennis lessons. The exercises and games are divided by age into three groups: exercises and games for preschool children, exercises and games for children in 1st and 2nd class and exercises and games for children from 3rd to 5th class. The set of exercises and games is usable in practice at primary schools offering tennis education and coaches of the younger pupils can used it too.
