Abstract:

V diplomové práci se zabývám problematikou školních konzultací a s tím spojenými aspekty. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní roviny, a to teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části definuji pojem konzultace, její typologii a v souvislosti s tím pojednávám o efektivitě konzultací. V další kapitole se věnuji konceptu sociální moci a jeho typologii, který je zasazen do kontextu školních konzultací. Závěr teoretické části se týká školního poradenství, konkrétně školského poradenského systému a školských poradenských služeb. V návaznosti na to se zabývám profesí školního psychologa, jeho spoluprací a vztahem s učitelem. Cílem empirické části je zjistit, které typy sociální moci jsou vnímány jako efektivní během konzultace a následně provést komparaci s výsledky získanými v zahraničí.

Abstract:

In diploma thesis deals with isseus of school consultation and associated aspects. The thesis is divided into two main sections – theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical section defines the concept of consultation, its typology and in connection with it I discuss the effectiveness of consultation. The next chapter is devoted to the concept of social power and its typology, which is set in the context of school consultation. Conclusion of theoretical section concern with school counseling, specifically the counseling systém and school counseling services. Following the profession to deal with the school psychologist, its cooperation and relationship with the teacher. The aim of the empirical part is to determine which types of social power are perceived as effective during the consultation and then make a comparison with the results obtained abroad.
