Abstract:

DITRICH, Josef: Analýza logistických systémů a technologií na montáži FABIE v Mladé Boleslavi. Univerzita J. E. Purkyně v Ústí nad Labem, Fakulta výrobních technologií a managementu, Katedra managementu a ekonomiky podniku, Ústí nad Labem, 2012, 39 s. Vedoucí: Doc. Ing. Gejza Horváth CSc. Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou logistických systémů a logistických technologií na montáži FABIE v Mladé Boleslavi. Z důvodu zvýšení produktivity a usnadnění manipulace zde byly nainstalovány nové logistické technologie a systémy, které eliminují chybový faktor při přípravě a vychystávání materiálu k montážní lince. Tyto systémy navíc usnadňují práci, jak pracovníkům logistiky, tak pracovníkům montáže a umožňují snazší a rychlejší zapracování a zaučení nových pracovníků, popřípadě zaměstnávání pracovníků s omezením a pracovníků pokročilejšího věku. Tyto systémy byly v této práci analyzovány, byla vyhodnocena jejich účinnost na základě porovnání pracnosti před instalací a po instalaci. Závěrem byla navržena další optimalizační opatření, s cílem dalšího zvýšení produktivity práce.

Purkyně in Ústí nad Labem, Faculty of Production Technologies and Management, Department of Management and Economy of Enterprise, Ústní nad Labem, 2012, 39 s. The leader: Doc. INg. Gejza Horvát CSc. This thesis is focused on the analysis of logistic systems and logistic technologies in the construction of FABIE in Mladá Boleslav. Due to the increase of the productivity and the facilitation of manipulation there were installed new logistic technologies and systems which eliminate the error factor in the preparation and the picking of the material to the construction line. Moreover these systems facilitate not only the work of workers of logistic but also workers of construction and they enable easier and faster elaboration and teaching of new workers or the employment of workers with the restrictions and the employment of older workers. These systems were analysed, their efficiency was evaluated in the base of the comparison of the work intensity before and after the installation. In conclusion there were suggested another optimization measures to next increase of productivity of work.
