Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem branné povinnosti, jejím cílem je zabezpečení fungující obranyschopnosti České republiky proti útoku vnějšího nepřítele a zabezpečení vnitřního pořádku v případě některých krizových stavů. Bakalářská práce je svou formou pojata jako rešerše branné legislativy a odborné literatury, se zaměřením na úkoly státu a přenesením působnosti na subjekty státní správy.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of conscription, the aim of which is to ensure the functioning defence of the Czech Republic against an attack by an external enemy, but also to ensure internal order in the event of certain emergencies.
