Analysis profile of amino acids in cerebrospinal fluid of pediatric oncological patients.
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá stanovením koncentrací volných aminokyselin v mozkomíšním moku u skupiny pacientů Kliniky dětské onkologie PDM, porovnáním s profilem aminokyselin mozkomíšního moku skupiny pacientů bez onkologického onemocnění. Je zde stanoveno orientační koncentrační rozmezí pro jednotlivé aminokyseliny a jsou zachyceny odchylky.
Abstract:
The work deals with the determination of free amino acid concentrations in cerebrospinal fluid in group of patients from Department of Pediatric Oncology PDM and comparison with amino acid profile of cerebrospinal fluid in group of patients without oncological disease. An approximate range of concentration is determined for individual amino acids and possible deviations are recorded.
