Customer Relationship Analysis Focused on Tourism

Abstract:

V dnešním hyperkonkurenčním prostředí, kde klienti mohou selektovat mezi nepřeberným množstvím nabídek, se řízení vztahů se zákazníky stává nezbytností a zákazník se podle přidané hodnoty rozhoduje, zda u dané firmy setrvá, či nikoliv. Bakalářská práce s názvem „Analýza vztahů se zákazníky se zaměřením na cestovní ruch“ se zabývá tématem řízení vztahů se zákazníky v rodinné cestovní kanceláři Iríny Tours. Tato CK prodává zájezdy do Řecka, do oblasti Olympské riviéry, na kterou se již 20 let specializuje. Hlavním cílem práce je prokázat, že péče o zákazníka je důležitou součástí každé firmy, která svou filozofii zakládá na stálé klientele a její maximální spokojenosti. O to více je tento prvek důležitý pro malou rodinnou firmu v cestovním ruchu. Dílčím cílem tedy bude zanalyzovat prostředí a současný stav činností probíhají ve vybrané CK a prokázat, že řízení vztahů se zákazníky se může stát zdrojem konkurenční výhody, čímž se firma výrazně odliší od svých konkurentů na trhu.

Abstract:

In the recent super-competitive environment where clients have option of selection from vast number of offers, customer relationship management is an absolute must and the customer will then decide if he stays with the current company or not, based on added value. Bachelor work called “Customer relationship analysis focused on tourism” is concerning with customer relations management in a family travel agency Iriny Tours. This travel agency is selling holiday trips to Greece, to the destination Olympe riviera, which it has been specialised for already 20 years in. The main aim of my work is to prove that customer relationship management is an important part of any company based on loyal clientele and its maximum satisfaction. Even more is this element important for a small family company in tourism. The partial aim is to define current situation of all activities in the customer relationship management area, which are taking place in the above-mentioned travel agency and also to prove that customer relationship management can give a competitive advantage, which can give a company slightly different image from business rivals in the eyes of all customers.
