Právna úprava zodpovednosti za škodu v Občianskom zákonníku

Legislation responsibility for damage in the Civil Code
Abstract:
This work deals with law liability in the Civil Code. Its aim is to clarify what is meant by a civil prevention and preventive action to prevent imminent harm. It also states what obligations arising from causing damage and unjust enrichment. Part of this work is also a legal analysis of selected cases of liability in the Civil Code.

Práca sa zaoberá právnou úpravou zodpovednosti za škodu v Občianskom zákonníku. Jej cieľom je objasniť, čo sa rozumie pod občianskoprávnou prevenciou a zasahovaciou preventívnou činnosťou pri predchádzaní hroziacim škodám.
