Diplomová práce zpracovává vývoj advokacie v letech 1848-1938, hlavní pozornost je věnována právní úpravě organizace a vlastní činnosti advokacie. Při analýze zákonných a podzákonných právních předpisů zabývajících se přímo úpravou advokacie je vycházeno rovněž i z jiných právních předpisů, které je svými ustanoveními zpřesňují a rozvádějí. This thesis analyzes the development of advocacy in 1848 – 1938, main attention is paid to the regulation of organization and self advocacy activities. In the analysis of legal and subordinate legislation directly involved in treatment advocacy is also going out from other law, that its provisions are more accurate and elaborate.
