Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fiduciárními povinnostmi členů orgánů kapitálových obchodních korporací, především s důrazem na povinnost péče řádného hospodáře a dalšími významnými povinnostmi, které představují výkon těchto funkcí. Abstract:
This Bachelor Thesis deals with fiduciary duties of the corporate statutory bodies mainly insist on good husbandman care and other important duties. It points out to new law changes in this area after new laws effectivity in 2014. It compares duties of statutory bodies in other countries. Below it deals with responsibility breach.
